These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your participation in The Beloved Method, a coaching program offered by Beloved Standard Consulting Group ("The Beloved Standard," "we," "us"). By using this site or joining the program, you agree to these terms.
The Beloved Method is a personal development and life coaching program. It is not therapy, counseling, medical care, financial advice or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for any of these. Please work with a licensed professional for those needs.
Every woman's journey is different. Results shared by other clients are their own experiences and are not a promise of what you will achieve. Your results depend on your participation, your effort and many factors outside our control. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes.
The program investment and payment options are shared with you before you join. By completing payment, you agree to pay the full amount, including every installment of any payment plan. Missed payments may pause your access until your account is current.
All sales are final. Because founding spots are limited and your place is reserved the moment you enroll, no refunds will be issued for any reason, in whole or in part, including non participation or partial use of the program. By purchasing, you agree not to initiate any chargeback, payment dispute or reversal with your bank, card issuer or payment provider. Any such action is a breach of these Terms, and you authorize us to submit these Terms, your enrollment records and your program activity to contest it. You remain responsible for the full program fee, including every remaining installment of a payment plan, together with any fees and costs incurred in collecting unpaid amounts, even if you stop participating.
Your 90 days begin on your start date. Access to calls, the community and any materials is personal to you and may not be shared. Live call times may change, and recordings will be provided when available.
Our community is a safe space. You agree to keep what other members share private and to treat everyone with kindness. We may remove anyone whose behavior harms the group, without a refund.
All program materials, including videos, worksheets and The Beloved Method framework, belong to The Beloved Standard. They are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared or resold.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Beloved Standard is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the program. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the program.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.

What we collect: your name, email, phone number and any details you share through our forms, messages, calendar bookings and checkout.
How we use it: to deliver the program, send you emails and messages you asked for, schedule your sessions, process payments and improve our services.
Sharing: we never sell your information. We share it only with the tools we use to run the program, such as our email, scheduling and payment providers, and only as needed to serve you.
Your choices: you can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, or ask us to update or delete your information by emailing [email protected].
Security: we take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no online system is completely secure.
